Building Excellence

Youth development
(High School Learners)

To be in a position to speak into the lives of young people and stir up their hopes and dreams is an immense privilege and responsibility that Kea takes very seriously. The ‘cubs’, as she calls them, are the bright, ambitious and driven teens that have their hearts set on accomplishing their dreams. The primary goal of this program is to equip the youth on how to realise their personal vision.

Women Development
(across all ages leadership development)

This is where a PRIDE of fearless females are empowered to excel as professionals and business leaders, women that are intent on making their presence known and felt through the outstanding work that they do. Kea is determined to impart her knowledge, wisdom, and skill to women that are at varying levels in their professional and business journey, to help them get to their next level.

Young Professionals
(university students and entry level professionals)

To be mentored in the seminal stages of your career can propel you in ways that can impact even other areas of life. Knowing how to access opportunities and get ahead in the world of work requires strategy and effort. Kea has helped to shape and develop the career trajectories of many and can do it for you too.

Industry Advocacy

Supply Chain Advocacy

Supply Chain will always be about business, but we cannot let it continue to be business as usual in the face of the changing times we find ourselves in. Sustainability in global supply chain needs to become more central as a topic in how we plan to do business in a way that meets the Triple Bottom Line. The social, economic, and environmental perspectives and how they find meaningful application in the current context of Supply Chain Management to drive transformation into Sustainable Supply Chain Management will be a process that the entire industry needs to be intentional about. Kea is an advocate of ensuring that this process takes place expeditiously so that the social impact can be felt by the millions of South Africans who will benefit from the change.

Future Business Catalysts / Young Business Minds

Entrepreneurship development for under 25’s

In a nation where permanent employment is fast becoming a hopeless endeavour, it is now more than ever important to encourage and empower young people to pursue entrepreneurship and chart their own economic destiny. Kea has made it her mission to take in and groom young business minds in developing their ideas into viable business ventures.
